Understanding Georgism

Georgism is an economic philosophy that focuses on the value of land and its efficient use. This collection of publications delves into Henry George's ideas and their relevance in today's society.

Basically, public services should be funded out of taxes on land values ('Land Value Tax' LVT) and taxes on output and employment should be reduced. 

With the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on job substitution, LVT is the best basis for also supporting a basic income guarantee (BIG) for UK citizens.
